What kinds of events do you design?
Conferences, industry summits, product launches, galas, expos, roadshows, sales kick-offs, investor days, board dinners, private mixers, and hybrid virtual + in-person events. Anywhere ticketing, sponsors, or agenda matter, we render it.
Do I need to send you photos of the venue?
Yes, and the venue's floor plan PDF (if you can get one from them) speeds things up. Otherwise phone photos of every wall, floor, ceiling, doorway, and rigging point are enough. We reconstruct the floor plan from those.
What about the sponsor renderings?
Send us the sponsor list and their logo assets. We render the sponsor activations (lounges, demo bars, step-and-repeats, wayfinding) with the sponsor brand baked in. You can send those renders to your sponsors as part of the sponsorship pitch, before the event.
Do you also book the vendors?
Not yet. Every 3D asset we render (stage kit, expo booth, seating shape, AV rig) gets catalogued. Our next release links each catalog item to real vendors so you can book directly from the design. For now, we hand you a vendor call sheet with the items to source.
